PRESSURE MY LEGISLATORS TO CHAMPION AN INDEPENDENT REDISTRICTING COMMISSION (IRC)

Our current maps at the state legislative level are fair; however, these maps are only in place until 2030, when the next Census takes place. Wisconsin doesn’t have a permanent process in place to protect voters from gerrymandering. 

Wisconsin needs legislation to establish an Independent Redistricting Commission (IRC) to take redistricting power out of politicians' hands and into the hands of citizen commissioners. An IRC will end the gerrymander for Wisconsin’s state senate, state assembly, and congressional maps.
